The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in Power Eelctronics, Communication Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Digital Electronics, Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical Machines, Information Technology, and Control system. Another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working in India and abroad. English is the official language of the conference. We welcome paper submissions. Prospective authors are invited to submit full (and original research) papers (which is NOT submitted/published/under consideration anywhere in other conferences/journal) in electronic (PDF only) format through the easy chair conferences management system website or via email pecs.chair @ gmail.com
